Ready for the Chesapeake Season
Maryland winters are hard on stored boats. Temperature swings, antifreeze systems, and months in storage all take a toll on engines, plumbing, and electrical. Our inspection-first recommissioning verifies every system before you leave the dock, and any issue we find is documented and approved by you before we touch it. We work at marinas and boatyards along the Severn and South Rivers and coordinate directly with yard staff on launch timing. Most owners schedule between March and May.
Winter Inspection
Shrink wrap removal and a post-winter check of hull, topsides, and covers.
Engine & Water
Antifreeze flush, water system test, fluid and belt checks, and engine start-up.
Battery & Electrical
Battery reconnection, voltage check, and testing of nav lights and electronics.
