Restore and protect boats, cars and aircraft, and learn a new skill at every step. Each promotion is tied to a skill you master, and each step comes with a raise.
Experience in detailing, a boatyard, a body shop or a dealership helps, but if you have the work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.
The sales path
Build relationships with boat owners, marinas and yacht managers, quote jobs, and bring in new accounts.
Paid with a base salary plus commission, and strong results earn bigger opportunities.
