How long does ceramic coating last?
Professional ceramic coating lasts 2-5 years for boats and 3-7 years for cars, depending on maintenance and exposure. Boats kept in covered slips may see longer protection. We recommend maintenance washes every few months to maximize longevity. Our ceramic packages include care instructions.
What's the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a physical clear film that protects against rock chips, scratches, and impacts—it's actual armor. Ceramic coating provides chemical protection with UV resistance and hydrophobic properties but won't stop physical damage. Many clients use both: PPF on high-impact areas and ceramic coating everywhere else for complete protection.
